This thing is good for setting up nearly every Morphtronic OTK available (on last count, Morphs have somewhere around 15-20 OTKs).

Just using Dupe and pulling out 2 Radion can be an OTK, not to mention how high a chance you have of pulling 3 Synchros with that.

In other words, it is almost always a game-changing move to use Celfon + Dupe.

Screw that, we need Morphtronics Eifon and Threediez.

The DEF effect is pointless, so this card is pretty much only good the OTK.

The strangest thing that bothered me about this card is that "ignoring the summoning conditions" part. It doesn't need to be there, unless we're getting a Level 4 or lower Nomi Morphtronic.

I suppose if it survives a turn, you can SS something using this guys effect, switch it to defence mode and activate its other effect... I mean, if your just going to synchro with it anyways.

Yeah, and there aren't any "Nitro" Synchro monsters other than Nitro Warrior either.

My guess is that Konami just likes to mess with people and/or had plans for other Morphtronics/Nitro synchros but never got around to it.

As for the card, a luck card that's actually useful.

The only other morph that I know can also do that is Vaccuumen, which I also love as a Synchro Killer.
