Necro Gardna? Hmm.. @2, @1 is a little too restrictive. With all the Blackwing swarm around, It's not overly broken having this @3. Blackwings usually get 3 monsters out per turn unless they have a bad hand. Once again, I never run Lightsworns now, mainly because I prefer my ZombieWings, but Necro-Gardna won't win you any said game, unless you are trying to cower for defence to hope for a Jd. @2 or @3, I don't care to be honest.

I Have my [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Reasoning"]reasoning[/url] for Against The Wind. You can go into Goyo and another Lvl6 synchro with 2 boras/2 shuras/any 2 of level 4's. Yep, it's nooby and no-one runs it, but that's a suggestion I had to make. [s]They Should totally have CED And Yata-Garasu @3!!!![/s]Jk. In terms of stuff to come off the list, or atleast to be moved, Ojama Trio @3, No one even uses it, why is it on the list? Icarus Attack @2 Or @1, this format should be about slowing down blackwings enough to make it fair for the other deck types, as right now they've been Tier 1 for 3 formats, as a post above this one said.

ok here's where we are - BWW to 0 - Warning remains at 3 for me. Duality - remains @ 3. They haven't made their money YET (they will though) Both may go to 1 in Sept - unless most of you do agree it will go to 2 and I'll annotate that.

Icarus attack is a good suggestion. I want to hear from more people.

Also, IMO Vayu can go to a minimum of 1 if, and ONLY if, the lvl 5 BW synchro is made. Right now, he's only ran @1 because he has a minor role in the deck.

I agree and want all of these.

But your most likely right about Warning and Duality being the money makers. I doubt they'll get hit but in a perfect world they should.

Icarus @2/@1 Because It's easy to play with blackwings, there is no specification on what you can destroy, and you can destroy 2 cards. It could have stayed @3 if it was only 1 card IMO, but 2 is overkill abit for 1 card. Especially with the fact you can use Vayu for it and Synchro from the grave. That’s a...Let's see here:

-1 For Icarus itself, -1 for the tribute, +2 for the destroyed cards, +1 if you use Vayu for a synchro. It comes out as a +1 if you class destroying your opponents cards as gaining advantage. It's pretty broken, but not ban worthy.

What's everyone's opinion on Allure?

Oh sorry, Am I making blackwings too slow? can they no longer win within 3 turns or some other stupid amount? I'm not saying all the good cards should go on the list, Just things that make specific decks insanely fast *Looks directly at blackwings* The format needs to slow down a bit.

... Blackwings aren't even the Tier 0 decks, are they? Why the hell is Shard of Stardust ragging on Blackwings so much? Did you lose a bunch to Blackwings or something?

Against the Wind for limit list is an awful idea. Dark Eruption does the same thing, has more targets, get the targets you're more likely going to want to have in your hand, and costs no LP.

Vayu, I've always kind of had the same ideas of Vayu as for Mezuki, except Mezuki's much easier to play and much more broken. However, a card being "less broken" doesn't mean the card isn't broken. Chaos Sorceror is less broken then BLS-Envoy, yet both should be banned. I think it borders on being zero, but no one ever agrees with me, and I haven't played in about 10 months, so make of that what you will.

Allure makes the game too damn fast. Should be at zero. Not likely though.
