It's semi-chainable, so long as a monster you controlled was destroyed in battle (so it's chainable during and after the battle phase, but not before), can select ANY of the monsters lost in battle, and brings it back. Stardust Dragon likes it because it can negate destruction effects, but being laid to rest by Battle makes it stay dead. Voltic Bicorn thinks this card is hilarious, and several zombie monsters or Sangan would like more ways to stay on the field.
