evilfusion Posted January 6, 2011 Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 This card, especially in the anime, only works with Machine Imperial Soldiers. In the anime, any Machine Emperor and parts takes up all 5 slots, and you only get one draw, since there's only one "Machine Emperor": Machine Emperor X Infinity. With Imperial Soldiers, there's 3. In RL, any Emperor but Grannel will lock down your other attacks, so multiple Emperors, if even one isn't a Grannel, will seal most of your attacks for drawpower. Not a good idea.
