Synchro Tuners pretty much exist only for Accel Synchros, and the only level 2 Synchro is Formula, which is already a Synchro Tuner. Unless they make a level 12 Accel Synchro to use with Armory Arm...no, won't happen. It's probably not a Synchro Tuner at all. Yugioh characters tend to say things like that when playing cards. If heads, negate the damage and your Life Points become 100. And the card being a tuner as well is good too...AND if a Morphtronic tuner is needed for Life Stream, then this monster would definitely take the place.
