Once per turn for no cost you bounce a monster. can stop of syncrhos and help get rid of those tribute mosnters, or like dad, just get a dark in/out of the grave and they cant get it back all that easily. Spirits only return to the hand the turn they are summoned or flipped face-up, remember? This will only bounce a monster once. The fact that Ice Barriers require other Ice Barriers on the field to work most of their effects reminds me of the Six Samurai. This card is still pretty cool.
