Set and just let the first cretin die.

Set second cretin. When it's destroyed special summon and set the first cretin. Safe return lets you draw one card.

Repeat

 

It's a slow process and i think it works.

*ehem* I think there are better alternatives to an infinite draw build, though this is kinda fun. Still, if you're running a cretin, you're probably going to want to bring out a more powerful monster...then just another cretin.

The best Infinite Draw is Dewloren + Librarian + Symbol of Heritage, which gives out Infinite Trishulas as well.

Librarian only works for Synchro Summons, not Special Summons.

 

Even if it did work for Special Summons, you don't particularly have anything to send Dewloren back to the grave here.

The combo is actually hard to explain, but it really loops Power Tool back and forth, using the mentioned engine for draws. I can show you a video of guy doing that
