You could just set a load of backrows and do things like Fluff Tokens and stuff to get more cards on the field, then just pull this out for a pretty much guaranteed OTK (in stuff like Monster Mash anyways). This card is banned on Duel Monsters Genesis, I think on the "Malicious premise" - since it wouldn't be useful for its intended purpose @1, you "might as well" ban it.
