Brinolovania
This>>>Plague. Unless you get Book of Life, Zombie Master, and Mezuki for shenanagans. Also, he can see into your soul.
Vector Nightmare
Well. No. PSZ is Dark and can be reused if you return it from the RFP. And that's about the only thing it has in its favor. Glow-Up Bulb's summon condition [s]can be[/s] is helpful instead of harmful, and, being Level 1, it is more versatile than PSZ (it can make Formula and lead to +1 shenanigans). Since it stays in the grave, you can use it with Pot of Avarice if you need to - it's not a very good option, but it's there if you have to do it. No, Glow-Up wins in almost every scenario. beefman
Plaguespreader is better. a level 1 tuner is almost useless (unless you combo with formula), and glow-up mills cards, while plaguespreader doesn't do much bad to you, all it does is slightly deplete your hand, even though you'll get the card back anyways. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
In terms of card advantage, this card is a much better choice. It's a +1. It can also be used to make more Synchros than Plaguespreader can. However, as always, what you want to bring out and your means of Summoning are what determines a Tuners usefulness in your deck. Zauls
Have Malicious and Plague in Grave, and other Malicious in hand, stack the Malicious for Plague, remove Malicious for the Malicious on the top of the deck. Proceed to troll. Also Book of Life, Zombie Master, Mezuki and it's Attribute make Plague awesome. However, Bulb is a +1, can be used for easy Formula Synchrons, has Plant support like Lonefire, and stays in the Grave for abuse of things like Limit Reverse etc. Both are awesome, but I'd say overall Bulb wins it. Glоrious
The problem comes when your opponent uses it too. This is a pretty decent card, definitely useful in many Synchro Decks and not confined in Plant-Type Decks. Its sorta the opposite of Plague, but much more better. Being a Plant, I can see it being used with many other cards like Spore & Black Rose Dragon when it becomes useless.
