Unfortunately, it has a bit of a tight restriction unless there's a deck made for this and such. If it was LIGHT or DARK, perhaps it would be more worthy. Once per turn, you can send 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your hand to the Graveyard to select 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your Graveyard. Special Summon that monster. Then I'd use it.
