evilfusion Posted February 27, 2011 Report Share Posted February 27, 2011 The Emperor with the best art and second best effect, in my opinion (Wisel has best effect, worst art, Skiel has second best art, and worst effect..*sniff*). I prefer Wisel to Grannel simply because Wisel can negate Spell cards once per turn, and has a guaranteed 2500 ATK, whereas Grannel matches that or is stronger only if your LP is 5000 or more. With Solemn Warning running about, Grannel needs to be brought out early game, or it's meh at best. The Synchro effect is only useful if you stole a Synchro, same as Skiel, whereas Wisel does not have that restriction for its effect. So Grannel isn't going to be n EXVC, it'll be a promo?
