evilfusion
Why would Sandion need 0 ATK? The continuous Traps let you Summon them, in exchange for MAKING its ATK 0. Michion is okay. Probably one of the least offensive of the Temporal Machine Gods, but barely.

Dr. Cakey
Also, if Sandaion has 0 ATK... http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Piri_Reis_Map Ever noticed how the anime tends to halve a player's Life Points only when they don't have very many. Way back when Rudger halved Yusei's Life Points with lolwtf Destiny Activator, Yusei had 200 Life Points. Michion halved Yusei's when he had 1400. Yusei had 100 LP when Rudger did it, bringing him down to 50. (Yusei first took 900 damage from (boosted) Speed Warrior crashing into Earthbound's Roar, then 3000 from Uru). Yusei had 1500 when Michion halved his LP, bringing him to 750. And yes, I have noticed that tendency. Kind of lowers the "drama" when your LP isn't really so high that halving them matters. Aster's first turn, he summons Dogma. D's lifepoints proceed to get halved, and then D proceeds to summon Plasma.

evilfusion
I think the existence of 10 or 11 different Temporal Machine Gods is overkill, so I doubt they'll all be released. Not impossible, considering Metaion is being released.
