Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
"Declare 1 Monster Card name. If the declared card is in your opponent's Deck, add 1 of that card to your opponent's hand." Ruling: If you activate "Dark Designator" and your opponent says he/she has no cards in their Deck of that name, you may check the Deck to verify it. Use this card for trolling? "I declare Shapesnatch. Don't have it? Let me look at your entire deck 8D" Next round swap it out for something useful. Or keep it to see your opponent's deck changes. Not a great strategy, but better than Abyssal Designator, despite not letting you look at the hand.

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Declare something that isnt in English yet. Like a boss.
I think technically that would mean the card "doesn't exist" in the game, and you have to pick a monster that exists. @Wrathos: It's better than Abyssal Designator for this function. But if you're using a deck like Dolphin Control then Abyssal would be better. But this lets you look at the deck for free. If you're using it for the actual purpose of making it add a card to your opponent's hand, the only times I could think of that being useful is when you want to make your opponent dump something like Judgment Dragon. evilfusion
This + Exchange. Or This + Mind Crush. This + Card Destruction for mill-decks.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
EDIT: Never mind. I was thinking the wrong logic. Yeah, as I was saying it can be used for dumping cards from your opponent's deck. Just sad you have to -2 to do it.
shadowferret
Guys, everyone knows you're supposed to call The Winged Dragon Of Ra, then use Exchange...
\Excalibur/
this card is good for shutting down certain malefics like malefic blue-eyes and malefic red-eyes. or it is that way from what i read on yugioh.wikia

King of Nothing
Declare the card that'll let them win on their next turn, then proceed to beat them so they can't use the old "Oh if I only drew this card!" excuse when you kick their arse. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Declare an anime only card for epic win
Again, you can't pick cards that "don't exist in the game". @Darkplant: You MIGHT be able to get away with that. But I think it would only apply in a stiuation where nobody knew it wasn't a Fusion. I think if you knew it was a Fusion then you couldn't declare it, as you know it is physically impossible to exist in their deck.
Vector Nightmare
This + Morphing Jar. It'd be better as a trap.

It's just a monster name. Hm...I feel like being an @$$hole and declaring something like "El Chupacabra". It's a monster.
Zauls
If it were a Trap, side it against Infernities to put unwanted cards in their hand, or declare Beetle to stop them Tributing for 2 more Beetle. Would be quite the lulz. However it isn't a Trap therefore is absolutely terrible.
