Special Summoning it with 10 monsters in Graveyard makes some sense and seems fine. The level 8 Fairy being Special Summoned with a negated effect also fits, and an ATK of 4000, well...that's a bit weirder, but that is what the anime one did, minus the "once per turn" part. Otherwise congratulations, you win [s]opponent activates trap card that stops OTK because you tried to OTK too soon and then you sad face[/s].
