This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or flipped face-up. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, your opponent skips his/her next Battle Phase. Pulled this from a Dark Beginning 2 pack I found at Target. I thought it was pretty good, then I thought about the meta being faster than usual, meaning this wouldn't always inflict battle damage. Then I saw its level. Now it rests in my collection.
