.Nu-13
Yeah? Oh well, I gues that they simply go to grave with their materials
Solemn Silver
Scraps can go into rank 4's pretty easily, and I really hope they bump the extra deck space up to 20.
darkwolf777
I don't see how "If an Exceed Monster is flipped face-down, it's Exceed Material Monsters are not removed from it." is going to work. A: Face-down monsters are undefined. How can a monster that isn't an Exceed still hold its materials? =/ B: Playing Magical Hats on an Exceed would seem like a bad idea if they can still tell which monster has Exceed Materials on it for example. If that's how they ruled it, i can't complain, but it just doesn't make much sense to me to work well that way considering existing information about the rest of Yugioh. It just seems to complicate things and its not really an unknown face-down monster anymore.
El Majishan
So what happens if the exceed monster gets bounced back to the extra? I'm assuming the material goes to the grave?
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
It's the same thing for when you use a different card sleeve for your Synchros. When they're flipped, you can tell which one is which... -Shrugs- EDIT: As for the other stuff, when the Exceed is removed the Materials should "be placed in the Graveyard". Not "sent to the Graveyard".
.Nu-13
Either way, Exceeds officially come out in 2 days, so Shriek will probably have 100% confrimed info
HaouJudai
Q: If Book of Moon is used on an Exceed monster, what happens to the Exceed materials? A: The Exceed materials stay on the field with the face down Exceed monster (Yes, the Exceed materials actually stay with the Exceed monster all the way)
Do I have to go necrobump the topic where I predicted this or are we ok with a simple 'told you so'? darkwolf777
Do I have to go necrobump the topic where I predicted this or are we ok with a simple 'told you so'?
I'm not too comfortable with that ruling so I wont really jump at it until its official. It seems like it would complicate certain things we know about face-down cards. Also, you don't get to boast for getting a prediction correct that had a 50% chance of being right. That's just silly.
CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
...s**t According to some video, Exceed gets negated, but monsters that would be its materials stay on the field And if its destroyed, materials also go to grave
Can you post a link for that video and maybe I can notice something there.
