His signature move is the shadow clone jutsu. Which allows him to make multiple clones of himself. He can also use the nine tailed fox spirit inside of him for boosted attack. I think it would depend where the fought took place as Naruto would have a big advantage over luffy in area were he could get luffy into sea water & Luffy's king haki wouldn't work on naruto, cause of the 9 tail fox spirit but on dry land Luffy would win, gear 2nd + gear 3rd+arment haki+ observation haki+ Gomu gomu gatling Elphant gun nuff said, luffy just smash entire leaf village Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
