Sunshine Jesse
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. When your opponent activates a card effect that would remove monsters you control from the field while you control 2 or more Dragon-type monsters, you can remove this card in your hand or your side of the field from play to remove all monsters you control from play. If you do, they return to the field after the effect resolves. Special Summon this card during the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated. After this effect is activated 3 times, return this card to your Deck. This card is treated as "Stardust Dragon" while it's on your side of the field. Found the image on Zerochan. Nathanael D. Striker
Oh my, a tad bit OP'd don't you think? However, it is more balanced than the original Stardust. 8.5/
thekazu4u
This card fails. After this card's effect is activated 3 times would get reset every time it gets removed from play by its own effect.
Simping For Hina
Actually, I find this card chaotic LOL! It seems so hard to summon, but also can be very easy at the same time. It has a great drawback two. @Thekazu4u. Please do not use 'fail' it is quite vague, undescriptive and a commonly used slang term meaning a horrible job or just a coincidence that caused a dramatic change in your nervous system! thekazu4u
Why? Plenty of time we have 2 dragons out. Especially if we are playing a DRAGON deck lol.

thekazu4u
That would be a really random ruling, it would make no sense, but I guess konami has done stuff like that in the past...

Wind Road
I think it's pretty good. I give it a 8/10. -2 Since its a stardust variant. >
