Sev. things wrong. One’s the bad Japanese OCG. No, of course what I translated isn’t so, but it says “During this turn” really, instead of “until the End Phase”, and I’m pretty sure most go with that.

You can tell it's fake because of 1) the art, but also 2) the way the letters of its name are colored. Here's anime SQD, for reference:

Certain especially sexy monsters get gold lettered names in the anime, but Cosmic Blazar's lettering doesn't match that lettering.

Oh yeah, and anime cards don't have holographic anti-counterfeit devices.
