Clair
Awakening and a Link to the Past. By far. I guess I'm just a sucker for 2-D goodness. xD
Makο
Never played much Zelda, as fps and rts took up a good portion of my childhood, but I played a little bit of Wind Waker and I think Majora's mask. The mask one was more fun.
Shradow
I gotta say Wind Waker. I thought it better than even Ocarina of Time. ... Let the hate comments commence.
Tentacruel
As much as I would love to call myself a Zelda fanatic, I have only completed one game, Ocarina of Time. I also almost beat Link's Awakening, but it took me over 10 years and I got stuck and couldn't proceed. (Still using a GBC cart.) I also still need to beat Wind Waker, which I got forever ago, and Majora's Mask, which I bought for the Virtual Console. I also have the original LoZ for the Virtual Console, but it's really really hard. I also just realized I say "I also" a lot.
ragnarok1945
Only fully completed Ocarina of Time, but I've played a bit of Twilight Princess Those are the top two. Only played a LITTLE of Majora's Mask, didn't like it at all
Shradow
I've fully completed OoT, TP, and WW. I also think I finished Oracle of Seasons, but that was too long ago. I need to get another copy of LttP so I can finish that. Good thing I know a store that sells SNES games. ^.^
ragnarok1945
You know a lot of people disliked the fact they made Link right handed in the Wii version of Twilight Princess Which is strange because in SSBB they corrected this problem
Daft Punk
I really enjoyed Wind Waker, despite what people say. Twilight Princess was good too. My all time favorite though is Majora's Mask.

Shradow
They decided to because most people playing the game are right handed, and while testing they found it was wierd to swing with your right hand but have Link swinging with his left. So for the Wii version they reversed everything so he'd be right-handed, as they didn't have the time to remake Link's character form. Link will also be right-handed in Skyward Sword. Just remember, if there's motion control, Link will be right-handed. It makes sense to me. I, personally, would have a hard time getting used to a left-handed Link swinging while I'm swinging right-handed. Although they should have a choice at the beginning of the game that makes Link either right- or left-handed to match the player. Wind Waker's your average LoZ with one twist: free roaming (at least when your'e not constrained due to a mission) sailing (that and Link's adorable). You go through dungeons and beat bad guys like normal, and the Wind Waker is your instrument for the game, but because the world is one giant ocean you must sail between islands to continue. This is the part people don't like, saying it felt boring and repetitive. I didn't think so, but then again, I'm not very picky. For long distances, you do have your teleportations spells. Always hated them doing that
Don't worry, we all hate logic. I recall Nintendo Power describing Twilight Princess (in one of its dozen previews of the game, this one probably ~30 years before the game's release) as like a fistful of ash thrown in the eyes: "black, white, and full of pain". I liken it more to molasses thrown in the eyes: dark, irritating, slow, and full of a slightly different kind of pain.
Mehmani
I really liked Wind Waker, I must admit. It may sound controversial, but I always thought OoT was overrated in comparison to the others. If Majora's Mask and OoT were swapped around (i.e. Mask getting released first, then OoT coming out) MM would certainly have been more highly praised. ragnarok1945
I didn't know that. There's no articles I read online saying if MM got released first it'd have done better. Most of the articles I've read all say MM sucked
Headmaster Monokuma
There's no articles I read online saying if MM got released first it'd have done better. Of course there aren't. When people are busy raging at differences in games, people don't bother writing articles saying why it would do better if it was released first. Let's look at it this way. Ocarina got most of it's praise for being the first 3D Zelda game. Majora could have just as easily gotten that IF it was first. Ocarina then gets praise for the engine. Majora got attacked for using that engine... AND changing it. Ocarina's plot was... Interesting when it came out, but it wasn't amazing. The time travel was interesting, but it only really got used with the Spirit Temple and Beneath the Well. The characters were bland though. I didn't care about them. I really didn't care when Ganondorf took over. I just wanted to beat it. Majora was new. Termina was interesting. The characters were interesting. I cared. I hated Skull Kid... Even though it was Majora that caused the problems, I wanted to beat Skull Kid because he took the mask in the first place. From Kafei to Maiku, and the majority of characters in between. The problem here is that Majora came second. If it was first, it would have gotten the praise Ocarina did, even if people didn't like the Three-Day system. Most of the articles I've read all say MM sucked Those articles... Care to provide them if you have them? I would be willing to bet the problem is that they didn't like the three day system, which is easily manageable, or that they just liked Ocarina more. Those are the two most common arguments against Majora. People don't like change. Majora's Mask changed a lot about the Zelda games at the time. That's why we haven't seen another game like it in the series. Majora's Mask was not a bad game. It's the black sheep of the series, but it's one of the best games. They put effort into it, and it just seems like they we're trying harder for it then they were for Ocarina of Time.
