I have feelings for both men and women, though I never state that I am bisexual. 95% of "bisexuals" are attention seekers, straight people looking to be more "interesting", fans of emo bands and idiots. The percentage of bisexuals in the world is much lower than the percentage of so-called "bisexuals" on the internet. Many are children in their teens who are still unaware of their true sexual orientation, but some are just idiots who use it for their own personal gain. Liars, basically.

I am bi, except I have a very strong preference for guys, except despite that the actual people I have had feelings for are fairly evenly split. Homo/Bi/Het isn't a set of three distinct categories, but contrary to what things like the Kinsey Scale would have you believe, it isn't even a strictly linear sliding scale either.

What exactly does that mean?

It means that it isn't just a scale with "I like guys" on one end, "I like girls" on the other, and bi in the middle, with how much you prefer one or the other in between, but rather something much more complicated that doesn't fit on one line since there's more than one aspect to it.

Pardon my outright stupidity but are you Bisexual or Bi-Curious?

I choose not to label myself - at my current state I have feelings for both genders, but I feel that perhaps in the future it may change. Ergo, it would be an idiotic decision to declare any particular sexual orientation.

In short, at the moment I swing both ways but as I am still young that could change in the future.

In case my original post wasn't clear: I don't consider myself bisexual, because that implies that a persons sex factors into it. I'm don't-give-a-bugger-sexual, in so far that I have feelings equally for all, although not really much in the way of sexual feelings towards anyone.

And this is something I have always admired about you. No matter how stern and steady you remain, you always allow some wriggle room.

As far as this topic, such people are seen literally no different in Hawaii than straight people. You are not gay, straight, bi, lesbian or otherwise to us. You are YOU, labeling you according to even preference feels like we are taking away from who you are and focusing on what you are. Granted, it creates some awkward situations but it's easily laughed off and no harm done.

Or in the words of my Uncle. "So wat if dah stick no like fit in dah puka, if can can." lol

Btw, I think you're still considered homoflexible because of your preference in general.

Well, just make it three-dimensional.

"It's not about who you're attracted to, it's about who you fall in love with".

And although this thread have gotten a lot of people who say that they look past the gender or don't care about the gender at all, I can't say that that's how it is for me. Each gender provides something different and when I fall for someone, I do have to consider their gender. It, in no way, adds onto how much I love them, but it's something I have to remind myself with. I've crushed hard on a male and currently now, a female, and there are so many differences between them and how it effects me as well. So in no way can I just put aside gender.

Gotta love the Hawaiian Creole accent. I like the way different peoples perceive individuality in different ways. It is something that has always interested me, the way that some groups pride multiculturalism while others have different stratagems for making everyone feel comfortable.

Three dimensions wouldn't show anything important that two wouldn't, but I doubt you could map sexualities properly on any kind of scale.
