Cirno approves since this card's Level is ⑨, ATK is multiple of ⑨, Number of Heads+Materials+Cards Removed=⑨. Plus it's an Ice Dragon. And for those who can't see it, it is a 9 inside a circle. This card was made for Cirno. Konami should make a Cirno card and make her a Tuner. I NEED SO MUCH STUFF PLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZ like mist wurm, Magical android/Catastor(If I get enough money from it...),x3 Blastfan, x2 Neutron,PSZ,Overseer,mind control, Judgement,TT,x2 Urgent tuning, and x2 windmill genex...AKA 96 dollars....ugh. -12 if android...
