Brinolovania
...except for some reason my computer won't let my copy and paste. So...I don't have a link. Somebody else post the pic, please. Anyway. * Spellcaster/Wind/Effect "If your opponent adds a card(s) from their Deck to their hand, except during the Draw Phase, you can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard. For the rest of this turn, neither player can add card(s) from their Deck to their hand (drawing cards is also considered "adding cards to the hand"). 0/0 There has got to be SOME way to abuse it...can its effect be used when you activate Hand Destruction/Card Destruction? So, discuss it.
evilfusion
Well...yeah, Hand Destruction and Card Destruction have "draw cards" as the last action, so Droll could be used during that timing. I think it's rather meh, though. It's like Appropriate in that it doesn't do anything the first time it's used.
-Griffin
It can't be abused, it'd get Protector of the Sanctuary rulings. It's only good vs OTKs.

Brinolovania
I had a really weird deck idea...use Hand/Card Destruction, use this, use those and Dark World Dealings and stuff to kill both players hands. Use the effects of the Fableds you discarded. Win.

Like Protector of the Sanctuary.

Zauls
This card is terribly outclassed; Maxx "C", Veiler and Crow all do better to stop things/create advantage for you when your opponent is trying to do something better than Droll and Lock Bird.
