During your opponent's Draw Phase, before their draw, look at the top card of their Deck, then put that card on the top or bottom of their Deck.[/center] We all know how irritating the old Structure Deck boss monster summoning restriction is, and with it only be tribute summon'able by DARK tributes only hinders it further (i wish i could Hardened Armed Dragon this card) Despite the lame summoning condition it is [b]one[/b] of the only cards that can "control" your opponent's draw.
