When I was on work experience at my local store, this guy there ran Nordics and I had Fish OTK on me at that time. He beat me... Translating the Kanji for Mainsprings gets you "spring (e.g. coil, leaf); mainspring; power spring", and the Furigana doesn't mean anything because it's in Katakana. Wind-Up would be a perfectly acceptable translation here, especially since the monsters are WIND-UP TOYS. Also, if there are any complaints, it's that the name was changed from "Zenmai", which is what the Furigana reads as.
