It can thin your deck or get a critical Fiend on the field, maybe use it as a Tribute for Raviel (lol) or another monster requiring 3 Tributes/monsters. Can help ready your Graveyard for Necrofear or Chaos Sorcerer, if you're running Fableds. Or you can bounce that Fiend with Genex Ally Birdman, too, and still Sych this and that.
