Hey now, Santa Claus is fat, but that just means he has a bigger heart to be jolly and a bigger cushion for the pushin' (horrible explicit euphemism).

In all seriousness though, fat people are less healthy than their skinnier counterparts and are at a higher risk for diseases, medical conditions, etc. Unfortunately, I love eating at asian buffets with all them crunchy eggrolls and delicious sweet and sour chicken, but I realize that I might develop heart diseases, a weaker immune system, less chances of getting down with the ladies, among a variety of other disadvantages. It's better to be skinnier and healthier, but I can understand if some people would rather stay fat.

Well, I know why I'm fat with a list of Reasons: 1st: I don't have the will power to exercise 2nd: Slow Metabolism 3rd: Neck and other things are out of place 4th: Lazy 5th: Maybe allergic to somethings I don't know about b/c my mom was allergic to beef and I eat that mainly all the time... 6th: I did smell when I started excising and I wondered how I could continue with the smell, I needed to do something.

After awhile after College, i found an deodorant that acted like an antiperspirant. But the main reason that keeps me from exercising is b/c I get headaches & that I hurt b/c of out of place bones....

I'm still obese, I'm sure that's correct for me that is. I have been eating less and less, been taking metabolism boosters and etc, but its not working, I still weight 230 lbs and I'm 5 foot 8 inches tall with size 13 feet... I have also been trying t exercise, but again I have a lack of will power.....

It also sucks when you like a girl and they call you ugly...

Yet doctors say I'm healthy....

Crazy world right? I eat out all the time but I barely ever gain any weight, save a pound or two on weekends which goes right off when the week starts. I've tried helping my slightly bigger-boned friends incorporate a workout routine into something they like in the form of a game of some kind. Working out by itself can be very tedious and tiring so unless you'll need some kind of motivation to keep at it. Have you ever considered embarking upon the path of the ninja? Learning karate/other cool physical martial arts where you get to break stuff got me hooked.

@Asianguy1137: I've tried but I live in a place where those things are not available until an instructor moves here.....I had one project, learn how to dance, but it fell when I had to learn by myself and no instructor, again....I guess I need an instructor....My friend actually got me to exercise and yet I didn't go a few times, but I ended going for a few days and it started to make me feel better, but that was about it...So I need an instructor, one that is persistent in what it does, or maybe a Girlfriend....Either way will work....I also tried to get myself out and work on stuff, but the end result was injuring me or breaking my tailbone, not sure yet, need it checked. It's been about a year since I broke/injured it and after sitting in a chair for an hour or 2, it hurts, but not as bad as it used to...

@Master White

Well my instructor (being used loosely) was one of my best friends who happened to be Brazilian, have a black belt in Karate and some other martial arts, be able to do crazy backflips and Capoeria stuff combined with a hysterical sense of humor. He used to do hand stand push-ups in class to pass the time. Maybe get a group of friends together and make it a group thing?

As for the possibly injured backbone, you should definitely check that out. I've done a lot of stupid things that all ended up with me being in a lot of pain with possibly broken body parts. Not being able to do crazy kicks and move around sucked and not being able to sit down for long periods of time sounds like pure torture. Good luck with everything.

@Asianguy1137: Well, not sure if any of my friends would want to start a dance group, but it might work, it migh be something I'll have to give thought on it....

Well, its really interesting, b/c I wasn't going fast, but then again, I know someone who got out of the car; Fell, and Broke their foot, so I guess its your Body.....And it was the Tailbone, bottom part of the back bone, where it connects 2 pieces together.....Oh well.....

I might have to see if I can try that group thing with friends.....

Well, now that I work 8 hours per day, and from there go to college, I have no time for walking as much as before (well, I just enough time for that, but not enough to take a shower afterwards, so I avoid it), and I have to buy my food everyday, and the cheapest one is this:

I have gained some weight this year. Now I am over 110 K, with 183 cm that would be considered fat.
I cannot wait for the end of the semester so I can lose some weight again.

Of course, I just want to go to 90-100 K. It would be hard for me to be skinny. I am used to use my mass a lot, and I would have to get used to walk fast without the help of the inertia.

Also, girls say I am huggable... :D

That sounds quite painful. I know that having a lot of mass can dampen the effects of certain things so not feeling as much pain doesn't necessarily mean it's healing. Hope things get better; I would keep you in my prayers, but I'm not a Christian. Best of luck with the dance group thing, everyone knows break dancing is the most hardcore thing there is.

Awesome.
