Not too hard I guess, but it's so weak with only 900 ATK and DEF, I don't think it'd be worth the effort of Summoning for an effect you'll probably use once. You need to keep in mind that there will be cards that benefit from Exceed summoning (imagine a card like Tuningware), so this will be better in the future... nah who am I kidding. If he can just whip out a No. monster on anyone, he'd have a godly advantage because THEY wont suddenly receive a No. In a way, it continues to show why he wins the plot important duels: He's a horrible duelist with access to good cards when the stakes are high.
