It's a freaking dragon made of crystal it looks awesome. Shame most people use Smashing Ground to get rid of most cards like this that don't target. Trade In target. But yeah I like. [/quote] No. It negates the "activation" of cards that target, so Equips like Premature, Symbols, whatever don't do anything it since the card's already resolved. As opposed to Cyber Phoenix which negates the effects of things that target (one of the only ways Chimeratech Overdragon can stay on the field when Summoned via Future Fusion).
