evilfusion Posted May 10, 2011 Report Share Posted May 10, 2011 The only problem is getting this thing to be activated, as while its effect is Continuous and mandatory, the initial activation can't be used during the Damage Step and can often miss the timing. However, it's a powerful draw engine once active. Note that the card has an errata: "You can activate this card when your opponent draws a card(s) outside his or her Draw Phase.
