You may change decks in between games. 3. All Deck Lists must be PMed to me. {Amend - This is no longer needed} 4. All games must be played within 1 week for the qualifing rounds. If all games are done the next round will begin immediately. If I start a round early, all participants will be PMed with a notice for it. 5. There will be a number of qualifying rounds equal to the numbers in a regular tournament. 6. To signify you read the rules, put penguin in your app post somewhere. 7. 3 Games will be played each round, all against different people. 8. A fee of 50 points must be payed, they will go towards the prize. 9. I will close registration Friday, the 20th of May, of the two-thousand and eleventh year. 10. All games are advanced, unrated.
