evilfusion Posted May 17, 2011 Report Share Posted May 17, 2011 I think I coverd the basics: - Can only be used when both you and the opponent have at least 2 cards in hand. - Due to above, opponent will always be able to negate this. Also, Dark World Dealings/Card Destruction/Morphing Jar. You honestly don't need more than that, especially since you already have Hyper Librarian. In one thread, people are looking at Celri, this, and Snow (new Dark World support), and calling Strategy awesome. I don't see how Strategy is considered anything other than "meh".
