darkwolf777
One of my favorite support cards, especially for those underused types. I like that Beast-Warriors especially can use it, considering their lack of support. Since it raises attack, its a good choice for the Damage Step, to destroy an opponent and draw a card

Master Hyperion
I always though this card had amazing potential, but the problem back then was that it only supported possible the 2 of the worst types in the entire game before Extreme Victory was released. The 3 other cards being good for the Beast(-Warrior)-type is Rescue Cat, but that was just insanly broken, King Tiger Wanghu, but that was only good in a few specific decks or Side Decks, and Flamvell Firedog, which was only good with Flamvell (duh), which still lacks good Beast(-Warrior) monsters besides himself. Now we have 2 Beast-Warriors that are part of an archtype that are basicly Darksouls, they can easily work together to make this card less cloggy and gives the card the playability as it was intented to do; support the Beast(-Warrior)-type by giving them draw power. Card has always been amazing. It was just released at the wrong time.
CDDRodrigo
Awesome card. Made Hypnocorn half-decent as a opponent on WC11.

Toffee.
Methinks Horn was a tech, and ended up making the deck 20% cooler.
byak
The focus of the deck is antimeta beatdown, despite it being T.G. AND Flamvell. Horn contributes a lot to the deck, lets you hit off Firedog, prevent your opponent from running over Wanghu, and makes your Warwolfs 2000 beaters, and all of them are surprising plays which helped the pilot top the YCS. Not to mention you can chain this to an attack to reap loads of plusses afterwards. TG1-EM1 is another one of the most powerful cards in the deck. It essentially allows you to disrupt any Synchro Summon/power play, and it lets you gain advantage from picking off the T.G.s you leave on your opponent's field and reload your advantage. TG1-EM1 can disrupt Faultroll plays, Shi En plays, Debris plays, etc which gives it its worth. Wanghu is also a powerful choice for this deck. Aside from the previously mentioned Horn protection combos, using Wanghu in a format like this crushes out a large portion of the meta. In addition, Wanghu baits out set monsters which can be picked off by Firedog (unless it's something like Snowman or Ryko) or any other monster in that case. The reason that 1 Magician is played is because you don't want to dead draw it, and 1 Firedog play can usually be enough. Firedog is a 1900/2700 beater on its own and you don't need to throw in more dead cards at this point. A cool aspect to the deck is the ability to make Wonder Magician without using up your Normal Summon. Wonder Magician can bait out Warning, hit protection cards that'll disrupt your Horn and Firedog plays, and just be a really good floater. Like I said earlier, the main reason the guy topped was of the surprise factor, and that the deck baits out bad side choices such as Crow due to the Flamvell component when the deck doesn't play Rekindling. Honestly, I would've played the deck with Tengus and Avarice, but space is an issue.
