Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Seriously with the way the game is played, is it even possible to ever get this wrong if it was released? Declare 1 Monster Card name. If that card is in your opponent's Main Deck or Extra Deck, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of that monster's original ATK . (From Ep 022 of 5D's: Akiza vs Koda) Shame it doesn't remove an accurately guessed card from play, but then again that means you can play three of them in succession naming the same card. Yeah, so discuss this card, and anything vaguely relevant to it.
evilfusion
The only problem is it can be an unfair amount of Burn for no cost or risk. On average of 1500, simply by knowing the standard Extra Deck or their specific decktype.

burnpsy
Play that burn spell that does 2000. Play 3 of these, declaring Shooting Quasar Dragon.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Activate 3 Name Five God Dragon each time
I was think Shooting Quasar was about the most regular one, forgot 5HGD. Seriously that is kind of my point. The intended risk is no risk when everyone [s]is boring[/s] plays competitive staples. There any cards that could put your 5HGD in your opponents deck...? evilfusion
There IS no risk! There's no cost, and if you name something that's not in the Deck/Extra, nothing happens except you get to check their deck/Extra to verify.
AsterikcAde
OVERPOWERED TO THE MAX, if there is such a card that were to be released in real life for the game then it'll either be limited to 1 per deck, or banned altogether, but if they do release a card that powerful in reality, Konami should at least put a cost like Tribute a monster that is the the same level as the declared monster card name or a life points cost or something of that nature. Sleepy
Improved Misfortune (highly improved.) Overpowered unless they add clauses like "only 1 per turn can be activated" or maybe a cost to keep it generic.
Expelsword
If it gave the opponent the monster you declared it would be sort of balanced...
Dr. Cakey
You can't declare RDA, because they might not be running it, so probably the best bet would be Stardust. FFFFFFFFFF 1250 DAMAGE BANBANBANBAN Granted, it's not a card that should be printed as-is, but some of these reactions are kind of silly.
