You misunderstand what an OCG Exclusive is. It's a card that used to only be available in the OCG, but is being released in the TCG as one of the ten "OCG Exclusives". Packs in the TCG have 100 cards. 80 are the same as the OCG pack 10 are OCG Exclusives 10 are TCG Exclusives. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
