LORE:
Activate this card only when a monster that has "Penguin" in the name is destroyed by battle. Add all other copies of the destroyed monster to your Hand from your Deck and Graveyard.

LORE:
When this card is activated you can Special Summon 2 Level 2 or lower monsters with the word "Penguin" in their name in Face-down Defense Position from your Hand or Deck.

2nd card is a bit broken, maybe put restrictions on the Penguin monsters for the turn they're summoned?

8.4/10

That would actually be pretty pointless because they will stay face-down the rest of that turn anyways, but I agree that second card needs some sort of drawback. I'd say: "Discard 1 card." and it'll be ok. Obviously made for Penguin Soldier. It just too great to Set 2 Penguin Soldiers from your Deck and/or provide easy Tribute. 1 for Big Emperor Penguin to get 2 Flying Penguins for example.

OCG-wise:
face-down
hand
^those do not go with capitals.

Also, when you refer to a specific arch-type name (cards that share names), you don't write it that uverly long and complicated anymore although it used to be like (and can still be seen in 8+ year old cards)

I'd write them like this:
Card 1: When a "Penguin" monster is destroyed by battle, add cards with the same name from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
Card 2: Special Summon 2 Level 2 or lower "Penguin" monsters from your hand or Deck.

maybe, but than again penguins are pretty weak so they could use all the help they can get lol
Even if they are weak on their own, these won't be necessarily used in pure-Penguin Decks only. Most likely these turn Penguins into good support for penguins to Support other Decks and that's also something to have in consideration.

I agree about the draw back for the second card and how they could support other decks.

Also, are you sure about the no caps thing? I was told to capitalize them last time I didn't so lol
I am 100% sure. I've been around this section for around 3 years correcting that from people. If people told you that, that's their mistake. Some people automatically think ALL terms are capitalized for some reason... =/ Here are some:
Graveyard
Deck
Battle Damage
Effect Damage
Life Points
Summoning Conditions
Monster Card
Spell Card
Field Spell Card
Continuous Spell Card
Equip Spell Card
Equip Card
Ritual Spell Card
Quick-play Spell Card
Normal Spell Card
Trap Card
Counter Trap Card
Continuous Trap Card
Normal Trap Card
Counter
Token
Attribute
Type
Damage Step
Damage Calculation
Level
Rank
Ritual/ Fusion/ Synchro/ Effect/ Normal/ Monster
Union Monster
Toon Monster (the sub-Type, not "Toon" but Toon)
Tuner Monster
Spirit Monster
Gemeni Monster
Draw Phase
Main Phase
Battle Phase
End Phase
Attack Position
Deffense Position

^the above goes with caps. A specific Type (Spellcaster/ Warrior/ etc) goes with caps too. A specific attribute goes in all caps (WATER, FIRE,etc) as well as the words ATK and DEF.

Some that are not capitalized are:
damage
field (the actual field, not a Field Spell)
hand
opponent
draw
attack (the action of attacking; not the ATK points or the position)
monster (not Monster Card, just monster)
card
equipped card
equip

Then when naming a Token or a card (or an Arch-Type of card like "Elemental Hero"), you need " " but those are not needed when naming Counters or around the word Token.

I'm such a grammar nazi at times ^-^"
Hope some of this helps, although some of them might be kinda obvious.

Actually, it's HERO, not Hero.

Yes that's the new name change. Better said: it WILL be HERO, and it should have been HERO from the beginning, but you are right on that one.
Although its irrelevant because its just being used as an example in there.

Ok kool, I'll look to this thread from now on when concerning caps, also, what are your views on Banish? Caps or No Caps?
Not sure... "removed from play" didn't have caps, so I guess "banish" shouldn't either, but being a new term and all, I'm not 100% sure on that one.

From the looks of the actual page, it seems like it won't have caps.
