My teacher caught some big a[s][/s]ss turkeys when she was young.

Cholera makes you [poop] [s]brix[/s] rice.

Enzymes in your balls work at two degrees lower than the rest of your body.

Discuss the subject of chemistry.

Dihydrogen monoxide is bad for you.
It can suffocate you
Prolonged exposure to the solid form can damage tissue
Major component of acid rain
Associated with killer cyclones and hurricanes
Covers roughly 86% of the earth

Why is this substance not banned!?!?

I know that Hydrochloric Acid will eat away at your flesh and will destroy Tissue in seconds.

And yet it's the primary ingredient of Stomach Acid. =\

On-topic: We once accidentally made trinitrotoluene (TNT) in our chemistry class once. Had to shut down the building.

I thought that your Stomach contained just enough Alkaline to Neutralize the Acids. Too much Acid causes "Indigestion" & "Heart Burn"
That is why most of your organs are covered in layers of mucus. The stomach acid does not burn through that mucus, so we're protected.

The only reason we're alive...
Is because of boogers.

The mucus lining in the stomach prevents the stomach acid from burning through the stomach wall, and I think the way to quell it is by eating.
If you don't eat for an extended period of time, the acid will eventually build up, causing heartburn. If the level of stomach acid gets high enough, it will dissolve the mucus lining, consequently burning through. Once it's done that, hydrochloric acid will spill through the newly created hole in your stomach, drenching every abdominal organ with hydrochloric acid, effectively dissolving them.

It's a very painful way to die.

I just realized this:

Do not go bobbing for apples when they are floating in liquid nitrogen.

lol, I wonder why. Your face would freeze in SECONDS. Also the Apple would be as hard as a Rock :P

^We learned that too. In multiple classes.

Didn't want to misquote the teacher. My bad Pika.

The only long words I see on this thread are photosynthesis and DihidrogenMonoxide.

For once...that actually seems right. Huh.

Anyways, not much of an expert, I just know a few basic polyatomic ions and such, but I don;t know much chemical equations for something such as chemical equations.

Having been homeschooled, if there's one subject I don't know jack sh** about, it's science in general.

Did you honestly think I didn't have a smart-ass comment to make about this?

Figure it out; you're sma... figure it out.

I remember a lot about chemistry, but the one thing I really remember was the titration lab we did.
I HATE TITRATION.
