Disk Commander was banned cause it was a +2 on summon. It's broken as all s***. Envoys cause they're easily summonable 3K beaters with stupidly retarded effect Harpie's is a one sided Heavy Storm. [/quote] Limiting Shi En restricts what they can do and makes their smaller guys less of an asspull move. Once they use their one Shi En all they'd pull is Catastor/Hyper Librarian, both of which are a lot less of a pain in the arse than Shi En.
