Hmmm.......I like the new cards.
But Written cards are kinda hard for me to follow, so I cannot tell you exatly what I think of them. Try using a photo program that lets you draw in the cards around the pics.

I would love to do that, but I alas, cannot, as I suck at card editing. Dtwrules (His name is backwards now) did offer me some cards, but i declined after seeing some examples, simply because they were edited Magic the Gathering cards, and i want something unique.

BTW, first set is done!!!!! YES!!! Finaly!

Also, If anyone has enough time to make a deck from these cards, please do, and post it here or PM me, as i need ideas for some Structure Decks to make. ( I will not completely copy the deck, and if i do, i will credit you)

For this 4x6 board, maybe make Offensive Creatures (which can only go in the front 2 rows across) and Defensive Creatures (which can only go in the back 2 rows across)? Rough suggestion, but Offensive Creatures focus on pure beatsticking and getting rid of your opponent's Creatures while Defensive Creatures focus on saving your Shield, regenerating it and dealing Burn damage. It IMO, would add a whole new kind of strategy to the game. Plus it would make it unique to other TCGs and also give Creatures a better place to go.

Also, could you make a card layout (picture) of what the cards would look like? I have an idea, but it is a little rough. Plus it would make this TCG more interesting. Unless a person would really wanna read through all of this, they would simply just skip this thread. But with a card picture/stencil, they'd be like "WTF is that?" and read to find out what it is.

I will be watching this topic. If you take/don't take kindly to my suggestions, I will heed them anyways.

I thank you for your input. Your suggestions do make me think, and i may implement them in one of the near sets, but not this set. As for the card, I will try to create an image, but again, to make it exactly how I describe would be difficult.

Thanks for replying! I thought you'd take it in a less-than-friendly manner, but that works. So you're just doing baby steps? Hmm... Well... Maybe I can creat a rough (ROUGH)(ROUGH ROUGH) card stencil. No garentees though.

insanious and i already had a template, then i realized that there are to many cards, it would take forever to catch up without help.

Only do it in a PNG format, otherwise it looks crappy. Crop the image too the size of the image slot on the template, then paste the template above it. Afterwards write the information. (i use paint)

Hmm... Looks cool, but also a little rough (of course it is, this thing just started!)... Will make and add some cards shortly. And are there also terms (like how Yu-Gi-Oh! uses "Pierce" and how Magic: The Gathering uses "Sacrifice" "Choose one -" and "Return") for this game? So that I can know the correct OCG for this.

I checked the card templates and the sizes for the cards are 251 x 360 pixels, which is a 2.51:3.6 ratio... The template itself isn't symmetrical and it looks a little too basic for my taste, so... I decided to create my own version of the template.

[spoiler=Size Information]
Overall size: 250 x 360 pixels
Name box size: 220 x 38 pixels
Name box size (not including border): 212 x 30 pixels
Picture box size: 220 x 165
Picture box size (not including border): 212 x 157 pixels
Effect box size (Magic card): 220 x 107 pixels
Effect box size (Magic card - not including border): 212 x 99 pixels
Effect box size (Creature card): 135 x 107 pixels
Effect box size (Creature card - not including border): 127 x 99 pixels
Stats box size: 75 x 107 pixels
Stats box size (not including border): 67 x 99 pixels

Tell me what you think!

P.S. I'm not trying to take over this thread, I'm just trying to help and improve it; I support this thread THAT much.

Well... Basically what I did was move the stuff around a little and center it so that as a card it looks more professional. By detail he means background, like how on Yu-Gi-Oh! cards they have the lighter colored clouds in the background, but at a first glance it looks like a flat color.
