evilfusion
It means the monster cannot be destroyed in battle, but the players still take battle damage. It's an old wording.
Sleepy
It means the monster cannot be destroyed in battle, but the players still take battle damage. It's an old wording.
I thought the seemingly redundant-looking effect meant that it could not be destroyed by battle and its controller would not take Battle Damage from such battles, but Battle Damage would still be inflicted to other players (meaning the opponent). Or something along those lines. Then again, I've never really see this that often in play and I've only seen people even consider attacking it with LIGHT monsters if they don't have removal effects at their disposal. So the chance for me to clarify hasn't really appeared for me when playing. Oddly enough, the card was first released in the Dinosaur Structure Deck, which is past half of the GX era. The grammar didn't seem that old in other cards of the same period. It shouldn't have been printed with such odd-looking grammar. >.<

DARKPLANT RISING
Also, this has this own OTK. 1. Get Chain Material + Fusion Gate like a boss 2. Go for 6 random LV3 Fusions from the good old times. 3. Play your iPod with badass BGMs and proceed to Xyz 3 Aero Sharks. 4. Summon Five-Headed Dragon 3 times. (Can be really anything, but just since it makes the deck's overall structure a bit better.) 5. Show your opponent the 27 monsters removed.
It came in the Structure Deck, in a little casing which allowed you to pull the card right out of the box because you could just press the box a bit, pull out the card, and leave.
