You can Special Summon this card from your hand if only your opponent controls an Xyz monster(s). Once per turn, you can remove 1 Xyz Material Monster monster on your opponent's side of the field and destroy it. If you do, you can Tribute this card to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the Xyz Material Monster that was destroyed with this card's effect.

That would do a lot to counter Xyz monsters, especially since most rely heavily on their Overlay cards. The card looks awesome, and I specifically love the Level stars. But I must say, don't change the design of the card itself unless there is a good reason. XYZs have different stars because they're opposite. Normal cards, but this is a normal card, and so should have normal stars. But they still look cool.

...as far as I know. As for the card itself, it wouldn't have much impact. Against defensive Rank 3 monsters, it would be okay at cutting resources, but against Rank 4, all you're doing is slightly reducing the power of your opponent's monster and throwing an 1800 fireball.

It does fair damage, but it would be better at 1900 and Level 4.

Pretty works against Xyz. But 1800 is enough for this kind of ability,

remove 1 Xyz..... = Detach 1 Xyz

A few minor OCG errors. You had a mix of New and Old, so I fixed it up. Italic is unneeded IMO. Original Xyz anti-support with a good amount of burn. I'd say 9.4/10
