It has the dome of the Capital Building, and beneath it, it states: "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." Actually, scratch that. They really can't do anything about it. It depends on who owns the copyright, and this is easily countered with a nice old-fashioned court case based around the Good Ol' First Amendment of the American Constitution. Since there was something about it being the internet equivalent of letting your friend borrow a game/music cd/etc. Its only illegal to have material on your computer that wasnt distributed through commercial means (ie: stuff like movies in the Cinema are not valid). Did it knowingly it was illegal 2. Did it for financial gains Number 2 alone would make it so that all those walkthroughs are not illegal because the authors makes no money off of them. And even if for some reason a author of a walkthrough video ends up in court, he can say "well i didnt know about that law. I had been doing this for a long time" Good luck proving otherwise. [/quote] I feel extremely sorry for you if you spend five hours [i]per day[/i] on YCM. You don't have a girlfriend, and even if you did, you don't spend ten hours attending to her needs every day. Considering you watch YouTube for twenty-five percent of your day, I can tell that you get no exercise whatsoever. In fact, in your entire daily schedule, I see nothing actually productive. Even though it's summer, I still make time for productivity; I practice an instrument or transcribe some music or read a book or study for my upcoming semester of school. You apparently do nothing. Two hours is the [b]bare minimum[/b] that a human can sleep, and I doubt you've trained your REM cycle to work in four thirty minute nap cycles. It doesn't take one hour to fap. OT: I think the government thinks that people get the same experience watching a video game as they do playing a video game, therefore watching YouTube LPs would discourage someone from buying the same video game.
