Vortex Trooper Lvl 3 WIND Aqua-Type Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned, you can shuffle 2 cards from your hand into your Deck, then draw 2 cards. After this card is destroyed, draw 1 card. It's way too slow to amount to anything and if you REALLY wanted to use a draw 2 combo like this, you'd be better off with Mad Reloader due to the fact that you don't return to the Deck, it's DARK, and wouldn't slow you down quite as much. [/quote] I'd consider it to be better than Mad Reloader since it also gives you a draw when destroyed, and does its first draw when summoned, rather than when destroyed. This increase in speed makes it superior to Reloader, even though it keeps the overall number of cards in your deck the same. It pales in comparison to Card Troopah, however.
