The card looks good; the effect is strong and accurate, and the ATK and DEF are fine. It's a powerful card, and quite handy.

What did you use to make the card? It's not from this site, I know that.

This would absolutely kill LS/Card Trooper/Advanced Ritual Art/Future Fusion/etc. That effect alone makes it an incredible force to be reckoned with. BTW: Fixed OCG.

This part confuses me right here. You don't Special Summon "to" the Deck, you Special Summon "from" the Deck. Nevertheless, it is quite understandable to a gifted child that has taken twelve credit's worth of English classes during his schooling. This would instantly stop GBs right in their tracks, and those cards are far from ever being fixed. It's best we break them now. GBs are so 2010.

Dropping an anti-meta beater with Debris is ridiculous. It's very playable but it makes the current format more broken than it already is.
