I'm really not that impressed. It's decent in Wind-Ups, but Grand Mole does the bouncing of monsters a little better, although this had the advantage of not needing to attack to use the effect. The Wind-Up rule (Once while face-up on field) is what hurts it the most.

Being Level 2 means it can use cards like Limit Reverse, Graceful Revival, and Junk Synchron, although it wont get its effect for the last one.
