[Anime] Life Shaver

Recommended Posts

If you happen to use it on your turn, does it also count the turn you are using it in or do you have to wait until that turn ends to really count it?
Use Pyro Destiny Clock like a pro by the way.

Seems borderline. For one side, it can discard your opponent's entire hand, but for the other, discarding is half the time beneficial for the player and it also takes time to build up.

By the way, do you have to show it to your opponent before hand or something? I mean, you have like... 3 or 4 face-downs and they have to trust you've had it for that much time without being really sure when you started counting

Yugi would be insanely strong with his anime cards.

Turn 1:
Set Life Shaver >
Set Time Seal >
Set Summoning Clock >
Normal Summon Silent Magician >
Activate Turn Jump >
Activate Summoning Clock to get Queen's Knight, King's Knight, and Slifer, >
Jack's Knight comes from the Deck >
Tribute Knights to Normal Summon anime Ra, >
Set as much as you can >
Activate Card of Sanctity >
Proceed to attack because it didn't "skip" but moved fast forward 3 turns so, your opponent already technically had his first turn. >
If you can't OTK them, prevent their next Draw Phase and discard 3 cards in their hand.

I think Yugi also used Seven Tools at some point...

How exactly do you prove how many turns it was set, especially late game with many cards already set?

Silent Magician is when your opponent draws. Although Slifer and Ra together already should win.

you keep count duh.

And how do you prove that it's actually the number you say it is? without using counters which automatically gives it away

TBH if it was released, it will probably be a Continuous Trap that discards either A) each turn, or B) counts how many turns passes and then causes the discards. In the manga, Shattered Axe was also one of those cards that referred to the number of turns that passed (in this case, 500 ATK per turn set) and IRL it causes the monster to lose 500 each turn after it's activated.
