Please submit them here for consideration once the minimum requirement is met, otherwise it will be considered a work-in-progress still. Also, as a result of the nature of this Playground reviews and discussions with topics that contain the [Your.DEK] tag, or well... [i²P] if you want it shorter, will have relaxed rules between reviewers and to an extent the cardmakers, so that you may be slightly more blunt against them (but please within reason) for the purpose of balancing their cards and having further accuracy. I am unfortunately away for fourteen days in Bombay and Delhi so I cannot submit my cards (or establish my new position as CC Moderator) until then. But I guarantee I'll work hard. It has long been my dream since joining this site to become a Moderator and I never thought that at this time I would receive such a job. Thank you. Edit: Question: I know you stated 10 or more unique cards. Would it still be ok if those cards were based on an actual card in the game for a part of their effect. Nor did I say that it would be bad to post them as scattered, so why you're having this discussion is beyond me. However, I will admit this so it would be advisable but not required. Afterwards, you will be expected to do something with those cards during part 2 of this forum wide contest. Hence post #44, I was using suggestive phrases. Ugh, I hate being blunt.
