Dark
There are actually quite a few of us, I could actually start naming names if you'd like. (Note that these might not be their YCM names, just what i know them as.) Proto Nexev Fenrir Okay, I'm sure there are more. But hey, including myself, I've already listed four. Otaku-sama
Good. I'll start on a club then. EDIT: Alright, I've just made the club. It's still very barebones right now, but I will improve as more people post. Icy
IoW: It's a fan of a show aimed at little girls (at least traditionally; I preferred them when it was just about that too at least then I would just have to listen to my little niece talk about it which was quite pleasant), which apparently has some underlying meaning no more deep than any other cartoon currently on the market. And with that I leave you all with: http://www.ponyvspony.com/
Otaku-sama
@ Haters: You think it's for little girls since you've never watched it. I'd like to see you say that again after watching 2-3 episodes. If you're thinking "Ew no, I'm not going to watch a show for little girls, it's all girly and s***!", then it is my unfortunate duty to inform you that you are insecure with your sexuality. I watch My Little Pony and I'm damn proud of it. Guess what? I'm straight.

I watch My Little Pony and I'm damn proud of it. Guess what? I'm straight.
No, the show is predominantly aimed at female children. That is an undeniable fact. What also is a fact, however, is that the creator of the show stated herself that the show was also intended for the parents of these children, including male parents. I'm not saying My Little Pony is as interesting as 1000 Ways to Die (personally hate that show), but the fact remains that it is still aimed at older men, albeit not predominantly. Also, the creator of Friendship is Magic also created both Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and the Powerpuff Girls show, both of those critically acclaimed, and the former of which I can even attest to watching. Realize that just because a show has six female main characters that are ponies, in no way does that imply that the show is completely feminine. The theme of the show, friendship, also does not imply femininity. You can't claim that only little girls watch the show when the millions of views the show gets on YouTube are from men between the ages of 13 and 24. You can't claim that only homosexuals watch the show because you can't tie sexuality to something people watch - it's a bullshit stereotype. I could just as easily claim that you are a dim-witted moron for watching [insert reality television show here], but that wouldn't be a good claim, just like yours isn't. The show also is not aimed completely at the younger generation. In the first few episodes, they make a reference to an "Appletini", and for those of you that don't drink, that is an apple martini. Kids will never get that, ever. And there are multiple instances where the humor is aimed at adults, hence the huge spike of viewing throughout the internet. Just because you don't have much of a brain and can't get the basic misconceptions and stereotypes regarding the show doesn't give you any right to falsely make your biased claim. I was a little too quick to jump to the conclusion that bronies would be called gay. I assumed this because most pony haters on the rest of the Internet call bronies gay immediately. Nice to know that people here aren't the same way. I can be reasonable too, and I do have a significant sized brain, I just got a little defensive is all.
There is nothing more to say on the matter. ;D
Dark pretty much broke it down. There's plenty of more mature humour embedded in the show. It also examines more mature concepts like xenophobia. Assuming that the show would be boring for anyone outside the obvious demographic is too rash of an assumption.
