So pretty bad right now. [/quote] Yes, it does. Bamboo Shoot is a Continuous Effect that applies if a condition was met. Veiler doesn't remove the memory that the condition was fulfilled. When Bamboo Shoot regains its effect, the effect will reapply so long as it did not stop being face-up during that time of negation. Veiler will remove things like ATK/DEF, permanent Level increases, etc that is determined by the card's effect, such as Fortune Ladies, Fusions such as the Chimeratechs or Dark Gaia, Spore, and so on.
