Any situation regarding the banlist changes should certain cards prove more problematic over the next few stages. As for Stage #1.5: Build a Decklist using your cards following the newly made Banlist, you may use OCG and TCG cards. Following the September 1st Banlist as well. (Will be organized shortly).
